The bauble is god quality however when the bauble arrived part of my partners head had been missed off the photo I uploaded so I was disappointed and won’t be using the bauble.

Hi Helen ,The image you uploaded was very close up and rectangle so we were unable to avoid cropping the image to fit on to the round bauble. I have spoken to our design team and they have advised the image was cropped all round, not just on your partners head and they have said they were happy to send this as it was only a very minor part that was cropped.Kind Regards

We wouldn't be able to print your image and date on the reverse if this was rounded.
